What We Do

Our pediatric nurses provide individualized care in the home while helping families understand and manage their child's condition. Care may include intermittent skilled visits or extended nursing support based on the child's needs, provider orders, authorization, and plan of care.

We support pediatric patients with a wide range of diagnoses, functional needs, and medical complexities. Common populations may include:

Premature or medically fragile infants

Children recovering after surgery or hospitalization

Children with congenital, neurological, genetic, or neuromuscular conditions

Children who depend on feeding, respiratory, infusion, or other medical technology

Areas of Focus

Comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing condition monitoring
Medication administration, injections, and treatment education
Feeding-tube, ostomy, wound, and central-line care
Tracheostomy, ventilator, oxygen, and airway support
Seizure, diabetes, and chronic-condition management
Parent and caregiver training, emergency planning, and care coordination

Medically Complex and Technology-Dependent Care

Coordinated nursing for children who require close monitoring, specialized procedures, or medical equipment.

Tracheostomy and ventilator support
G-tube, GJ-tube, and feeding-pump management
Central line, infusion, and medication support
Coordination with pediatric specialists and equipment providers

Intermittent and Private-Duty
Nursing

Visit-based or extended-hour RN/LPN support based on the authorized plan of care.

Skilled assessments and ordered treatments
Post-hospital and post-surgical monitoring
Private-duty shifts for qualifying children
Family education and relief within the authorized care plan
